What you'll Do

As a Site Safety Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping and sustaining a strong safety culture. Your key role responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering engaging safety training programs and orientations for new hires.
• Conducting job-site investigations and preparing clear, actionable reports
• Reviewing and updating our written safety program annually
• Monitoring safety records such as permits, citations, and billing documentation
• Recommending corrective actions to prevent future incidents
• Supporting inspections and ensuring compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards
• Managing documentation and helping drive proactive risk management strategies

What you Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of construction safety or construction management experience (Mining background a plus)
• Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards including OSHA (California & Nevada) and MSHA (Federal & State)
• Experience with safety inspections, reporting, case management, and incident prevention
• Tech-Savviness with tools like Bluebeam, Power point, and Speed Sheet
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
